31872 Terkán

31872 Terkán is a small main belt asteroid with an orbital period of 1303.7227477 days (3.57 years).[1] It was discovered on March 13, 2000, by Krisztián Sárneczky and Gyula M. Szabó at Piszkéstető Station, Hungary. The asteroid is named after Lajos Terkán, an astronomer at Konkoly Observatory, Budapest.[2]
